Cadiz Country Club gives you somewhat of a southern course feel as a lot of our rye grass fairways are aligned with tall pines that love to swallow errant tee shots. Our greens are bent grass and can be very tricky to putt. Most of our greens have very little undulation, which sometimes make putts difficult to read.
The course has been a staple of Ohio Valley golf since it's opening in 1926. In 1971 the course changed from a 9-hole course to an 18 hole course. The newer holes being cut out of a pine forest requires accuracy as opposed to distance. |
